Purpose: This position will report to the Production Manager and will assist in the day to day branch activities.
Responsibilities: Production Supervisor is responsible to schedule & oversee the flow of daily production through all operations. Address effective use of manning to expedited orders. Listed are attributes that include but are not limited to;

Responsible for all shifts efficiency

Provide daily communication to shifts

Insure quality process is being followed

Support continuous improvement
-
Proper paper work is submitted (shipping, ISIR’s, PPAP, etc.)

Implementing company policy

Performing employee reviews

Approval of employee labor
Essential experience:
-
Supervisory experience (2 years)
-
Operations Knowledge (inventory management, scheduling concepts, etc)
-
Experience in Continuous Improvement and ISO requirements a plus

Experience with Temp. agency / hiring / terminations
Necessary Skills:

Good reasoning skills & decision making abilities

Demonstrate good leadership abilities

Competent computer skills

Good customer communication
